Consultants can use ONE to diagnose gaps, support implementation, review assigned work, help clients build evidence and provide ongoing managed services where the client authorises access.
Turn better client outcomes into a stronger consulting business.
ONE is designed to give WHS and industry consultants leverage: less routine rebuilding, more implementation, advice, assurance, training and ongoing client support — with a proposed partner revenue model alongside your own professional fees.
Open ONE on phone, tablet or computer with your ONE login and Work Profile. Your client’s authorised scope still determines the records and actions available to you.
ONE can give consultants a repeatable platform for better client work - not just another product to refer.
A consultant's value should be professional judgement and client support, not repeatedly rebuilding routine forms and chasing the same information.
A consultant might run a Gap Check, implement ONE, help structure task libraries, support Network Assurance or deliver periodic reviews - while the client keeps control of decisions and permissions.
Bring them into ONE without automatically handing them your authority.
With customer-authorised scope, a consultant can help onboard workplaces, configure tasks, permits and inductions, support training / assessment, review evidence and help improve the system. Acceptance, release, permit-issuing or supervisory authority remains separate unless the customer expressly assigns it.
More than sell software. Help clients make ONE work in the real world.
A ONE Consultant can support the client before, during and after implementation. The opportunity grows as the client moves from fragmented safety administration to a connected Work Assurance system.
Find where the work is fragmented.
Run the Work Assurance Gap Check, map duplicated systems, identify evidence-chasing and help the client understand where ONE can simplify the process.
Set the client up properly.
Help structure organisations, workplaces, roles, task libraries, existing controlled information and the implementation sequence within the customer's authorised scope.
Apply professional judgement where it matters.
Support task pathways, SWMS/SOP/JSA/JHA practices, controls, consultation, review processes and repeat-work knowledge while authorised customer people retain decision authority.
Connect the businesses around the work.
Support contractor onboarding, Network Assurance, labour-hire/host arrangements, tender evidence and cross-organisation assurance without taking ownership of the client's records.
Show what changed after implementation.
Use Savings Proof, Value & Efficiency and evidence-trail reviews to help the client measure reduced re-entry, faster preparation, fewer disconnected records and stronger visibility.
Stay involved after go-live.
Provide agreed ongoing services such as periodic reviews, onboarding support, training, assurance reviews, workflow improvement and change support under a current client mandate.
ONE can expand the work a consultant can offer.
The platform is the infrastructure. Your expertise can sit around it in different ways depending on your practice and client base.
Support a portfolio of small businesses.
Run Gap Checks, guide setup, help clients establish repeatable task systems, review evidence and provide periodic managed support without rebuilding the same foundation for every client.
Bring sector knowledge into ONE.
A mining, transport, construction, manufacturing or facilities specialist can help clients configure terminology, work practices and assurance around the industry context while ONE handles the connected system underneath.
Deliver a defined implementation project.
Scope onboarding, data preparation, role configuration, task migration, training and adoption as professional services, then hand the client into its own controlled operating environment.
Create an ongoing service relationship.
Where the client gives an active mandate, provide recurring implementation and assurance support while the customer retains ownership, permissions and decision authority.
Your expertise remains the main business. ONE can add another revenue stream.
The current launch model proposes partner revenue on eligible ONE subscriptions, while consultants remain free to charge clients separately for their own agreed professional services. The percentages below are proposed and require final tax, legal and conflict/disclosure approval before becoming a binding public offer.
First-year eligible net subscription revenue
For a qualifying referred customer under the final partner terms.
First-year eligible net subscription revenue
For qualifying customers attributed under the Certified Consultant model.
Then 7.5% in Years 2–3
Proposed while an active managed mandate remains in place and the final terms are satisfied.
Partner revenue + professional service fees
Implementation fees are agreed and paid directly by the client; eligible ONE partner revenue is additional under the applicable terms.
Implementation, advisory, training, assurance, tender/network support and managed client services can remain the consultant's own professional work. ONE is intended to help make that work more repeatable and scalable.
Proposed commercial structure only — subject to final partner terms, eligibility rules, attribution/payment rules, tax, legal and conflict/disclosure review. No commission is earned until an approved partner agreement applies.
Consultant access is earned, scoped and controlled — never assumed.
Client connects the consultant
The customer explicitly grants access.
Scope is defined
Only agreed workplaces, records, tasks or matters are available.
Consultant supports
Review, advice, implementation and evidence support happen within scope.
Authorised people decide
The consultant does not automatically accept, release or override customer authority.
Access can end
The customer can change, expire or revoke future access.
Where authorised, consultants can
- Review assigned records and controlled task packages.
- Comment, ask questions and submit advice or supporting evidence.
- Assist organisation, workplace and task setup within scope.
- Run Gap Check, Value & Efficiency and Savings Proof activities with clients.
- Support contractor, tender, Network Assurance and implementation work.
Consultants do not automatically
- Gain access merely because they are certified.
- Create organisational acceptance or authorise task release.
- Override a hard blocker or customer decision authority.
- Change customer billing/security roles broadly.
- See unrelated sensitive or cross-client information.

Questions about this part of ONE.
Open only the question that matters to you.
How can ONE create professional-services work for a consultant?
Consultants can use ONE around diagnosis, implementation, task libraries, Network setup, assurance reviews, training and managed ongoing support rather than only referring software.
Who controls the consultant’s access to a client?
The client should control the consultant’s authorised scope and duration. Consultant access should not become unrestricted ownership of the client’s records.
Are consultant revenue-share terms guaranteed?
No. The consultant page can explain proposed partner pathways, but commission or revenue-share arrangements remain subject to the applicable final agreement and disclosures.
I still have another question. What should I do?
Use the green Ask ONE button or the full ONE FAQs first. Register Interest is for joining a ONE pathway, not routine product questions.
