Does ONE send every record to the tender recipient?
It should not by default. The Tender Assurance Pack should assemble the information requested and authorised for that tender, or provide live status where that is more appropriate.
Can the same tender information be reused after the job is won?
Yes. The goal is to carry current information into prequalification, mobilisation, Network Assurance and live work rather than making the contractor enter it again.
Can ONE create one indexed submission?
