Use the published ONE Major Network rate, plus A$2.50 + GST per additional internal person for each 30-day period. This is a fixed public rule, not a quote request.
ONE AI USAGE AT LAUNCH
Clear allowance. No surprise AI charge.
Each plan includes a shared ONE AI credit allowance for each 30-day period. A shared ONE AI credit is used when ONE AI completes a request and gives you an answer or draft.
Shared plan allowance
Authorised AI users draw from the organisation’s shared credit pool. Credits reset at the start of the next 30-day billing period and do not roll over.
Simple usage notices
ONE notifies the organisation at 80% and again at 100% of its allowance, so there is time to manage usage before AI access pauses.
No automatic overage
There are no automatic AI overage charges and no paid AI top-ups at launch. When the allowance is used, only AI features pause until the next billing period.
Core safety work continues.
AI credit exhaustion does not stop existing tasks, worker access, records, permits, inductions, evidence or Work Clearance activity. It affects only new AI requests.
30-DAY FREE TRIAL

Eligible organisations can start without a card, with 100 shared ONE AI credits for the trial. There is no automatic conversion. At day 30, the trial pauses unless you actively select a paid published plan.
CLEAR COMMERCIAL DETAILS
Know what is included before you begin.
Included to make the start clear.
ONE records your selected capacity and setup preferences, then provides the relevant next steps before paid access begins. It does not include bespoke software development, custom integrations, customer-specific contracts or major data-migration projects.
Separate from organisation capacity.
A$20 + GST per external person for each active 30-day period, or A$5 + GST per active day for short-term access, capped at A$20 in the same 30-day period. Released Safety Packs sent by PDF or email have no digital-access fee. The sponsoring organisation is the payer.
A fixed early-customer benefit.
If you qualify, Founding Pricing applies to your published organisation-plan rate for the stated first 12 months after paid activation. It is not negotiated.
