It covers information provided through enquiries and public website tools, together with normal technical information needed to operate and improve the site.
Privacy and your information.
WHS Apps ONE aims to handle information provided through this public website responsibly and only for appropriate website, enquiry, registration, security and service purposes.
Keep the data boundary clear.
This page explains what personal information the website may collect, why it is collected and how it is handled.
ONE keeps person identity, organisation relationship, access, Billing Sponsor and active work context as distinct concepts. Public pricing guidance does not merge those roles or grant permissions merely because an organisation pays.
Submitting a website form is not the same as placing operational safety records into ONE. Sensitive work and worker records belong in the controlled operational system.
Use the contact details on this page if you have a privacy question or want to ask about information you have provided through the website.
Use the website with appropriate care.
Information you choose to provide through website forms can include contact details, organisation information, selected interests and the context of the pathway you used. The website may also use limited technical and analytics information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
Enquiries & registration
Information submitted through public forms is used to respond to the enquiry or interest and maintain relevant website context.
Security & service providers
Website infrastructure and approved service providers may process information where needed to operate, protect and deliver the website and its communications.
Privacy questions
Use the Contact page if you have a privacy question, need help with information you have provided, or want to raise a concern.
ONE can reduce duplicate entry without treating connected organisations as one database.
Organisation implementations may process names, email addresses, mobile numbers, employer/supplying organisation, relationship, workplace, role and reference information for matching and onboarding. Workplace contact roles and controlled-document recipients may also be stored for authorised reuse.
One canonical Person/User where possible.
ONE may match an existing identity and flag possible duplicates rather than creating a second person record automatically.
One identity does not mean universal visibility.
A person's relationships with different organisations remain permission- and context-controlled. Using the same login does not automatically expose unrelated work.
Upload → match → review → confirm.
A roster upload should not silently activate paid relationships. Proposed Worker/Connected Worker/access and Billing Sponsor outcomes are reviewed before activation.
