WHO ONE IS FOR

Different roles. Different questions. One connected system.

ONE is designed for the person doing the work, the person running the job, the business carrying the responsibility and the organisations connected around it. Each sees what they need without breaking the work into separate systems.

ONE PERSON · RIGHT VIEWRole-aware
WorkerWhat do I need before I start?
SupervisorWhat needs my attention?
Authorised personCan this work proceed?
Principal / clientWhat assurance can I see?
IN PLAIN ENGLISH

ONE should feel different to each person because each person has a different job to do.

The worker needs the next safe action. A supervisor needs to see what is missing. A business owner needs visibility. A principal contractor, transport company or host employer needs assurance across separate businesses. ONE connects those views instead of making everyone use the same screen or rebuild the same information.

AT THE WORK

Keep it clear and practical.

Workers, self-employed tradies and contractors see the task information, actions, checks and conditions relevant to the work in front of them.

RUNNING THE WORK

See what needs attention.

Supervisors, managers and safety teams see gaps, changes, readiness and evidence early enough to act before the work is delayed or exposed.

ACROSS THE BUSINESS

See the assurance picture.

Owners, executives, principal contractors, transport companies, host employers and advisers can see the level of information their role requires without taking over someone else's work or records.

FIND YOUR VIEW

Nine situations. One connected work story.

You may fit more than one of these roles on the same day. ONE adapts the view and authority to the role you are performing without creating another disconnected system.

My question: How can I improve clients without taking over?Diagnose, implement, review and support ONE within customer-authorised scope while each client keeps control of its own records, authority and decisions.

Common questions →
THE BALANCESimple at the point of work. Clear while the job is being run. Visible across the business and network.

ONE does not make every person use the same dashboard. It keeps the underlying work connected while presenting the right level of detail to the right role.

ONE SOLO

One person is still a business.

A self-employed tradie can be the worker, business owner, task requester and authorised user in the same day. ONE should support that without making them pretend they are an employee of every customer they visit.

ONE ONE HOME · 10 JOBS · 10 WORKPLACES

Think of a mobile electrician with their own ABN.

The electrician may work at a home, retail tenancy, warehouse, construction site and factory in the same day. Their own business information does not need to be rebuilt every time.

OWN ONE HOMEBusiness identity · licence/competency records · insurance/evidence · reusable task knowledge · personal work history.
EACH WORKPLACECustomer/site induction · local permit · access rules · site hazards · task conditions · Work Clearance requirements.
WHAT CHANGES?ONE reuses what remains current and asks for the workplace-specific differences that actually matter.
GROW WITHOUT RELEARNING ONE

The plan changes with the organisation. The work lifecycle stays familiar.

The difference between plans is not just a bigger people number. ONE progressively distributes the same controlled work lifecycle across more people, workplaces and organisations.

ONE SOLO

One person. One dashboard.

Start New Work, your requirements, your authority and your records in one simple experience.

ONE TEAM

Coordinate a small crew.

Assign work, supervisors and workers; manage training, inductions, permits, toolbox and readiness.

ONE BUSINESS

Run more people across workplaces.

Stronger oversight for managers / supervisors, competency, multiple workplaces and evidence.

ONE PRO

Support larger or more complex operations.

More governance capacity for multi-site work, contractors, client interfaces and assurance.

ONE ENTERPRISE

Coordinate organisations and networks.

Scale standards, authority, Work Assurance and evidence without losing local organisational boundaries.

ONE WORK STORY

The question changes as responsibility changes.

01PERSON DOING THE WORK

What do I need to do?

Clear instructions, current controls and the actions that apply to this task.

02SUPERVISOR

What is missing?

See incomplete, expired, changed or unresolved prerequisites before the work decision.

03AUTHORISED MANAGER

Can this work proceed?

Use the current Work Assurance position to support the human clearance or release decision.

04BUSINESS / EXECUTIVE

Can we show how we got here?

Keep the evidence, authority, timing and change history connected for later review.

COMMON QUESTIONS BY ROLE

The questions change depending on who you are.

Open the section that sounds most like you. These answers explain the ONE product model in plain language; legal duties still depend on the applicable jurisdiction and the actual work arrangement.

WORKER / EMPLOYEE

I work for somebody else.

ONE should keep the worker experience short and practical.

Do I need to buy ONE myself?

Usually not just to participate in work managed by another organisation. That organisation can provide the appropriate Worker, Connected Worker, Safety Access or external/PDF pathway for its work. If you also run your own separate business, you may choose your own ONE organisation account for that work.

What will I actually see?

The released task information, hazards and controls, inductions, permits, pre-starts, training, stop-work conditions, reporting actions and post-task steps that apply to you — not the whole management system.

Can I report a hazard while doing the task?

Yes. The worker journey is designed to keep Report Hazard, Ask a Question and Stop Work connected to the task so the issue is recorded with the work and routed to the appropriate authorised person.

SELF-EMPLOYED / ONE SOLO

I am the business and the worker.

ONE Solo gives a one-person business its own ONE home.

I have an ABN and business name. Am I a worker or a business?

Both can be true. In your own ONE account you are the person doing the work and the organisation running the business. ONE can keep those roles separate without making you create duplicate identities.

What if I work at many customer sites in one day?

Your own business and person information can remain current in your ONE home. Each workplace can then add its own site induction, permits, access rules, hazards and task conditions. ONE should ask what is different rather than rebuilding you from zero.

Is ONE Solo the plan for me?

ONE Solo is the current one-person organisation plan: 1 person total. That same person can also have management / authorised permissions, plus the current included AI allowance. The permission does not create a second person. Fair-Fit should tell you if your business later grows into a better-value arrangement.

If the client also uses ONE, am I charged twice?

Your ONE identity does not need to be duplicated when a client also uses ONE. The client chooses the relationship it needs — Connected Worker, Safety Access or an external/PDF pathway — while your own business records remain separate.

SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER

I coordinate the work.

ONE should show exceptions before they become surprises.

Do I have to read every record?

No. The supervisor view should surface what is missing, failed, expired, changed or waiting for action, with access to detail when needed.

What happens if a worker reports a hazard?

The report stays linked to the active task. ONE can notify the responsible person, show the effect on Work Clearance and keep the response, evidence and resolution in the task history.

Can I restart work after a stop?

Only within the authority assigned to your role and after the relevant prerequisite or issue has been resolved. ONE records the state change and who made the authorised decision.

OWNER / SMALL BUSINESS

I need something that grows with the business.

ONE should reduce rebuilding, not add another admin layer.

Can I start with one person and grow?

Yes. ONE Solo provides the one-person starting point and the standard plans scale up. Fair-Fit is intended to recommend the lowest-cost suitable arrangement rather than forcing an unnecessary upgrade.

Can I reuse task information?

Yes, where it remains current. ONE's design principle is to reuse known organisation, workplace, person and task facts and focus on what changed for the next job.

What evidence will I have later?

The ONE record is intended to connect the task version, worker actions, pre-starts, permits, inductions, reports, changes, start/complete times and close-out evidence rather than leaving the story scattered across separate files.

SAFETY / OPERATIONS

I need control without chasing everyone.

ONE turns unresolved work into visible action.

Can ONE replace our WHS expertise?

No. ONE can assemble controlled information, identify gaps, recommend pathways and keep evidence connected. Competent and authorised people still perform the decisions and verification their roles require.

Can I see why work is blocked?

That is the point of Work Assurance. ONE should show the actual prerequisite or unresolved issue rather than only a red status with no explanation.

What happens when a requirement changes?

ONE is designed to re-evaluate the affected dependencies and people rather than forcing the entire system to be rebuilt.

CEO / EXECUTIVE

I need assurance, not another operational dashboard.

The detail remains available without becoming the executive interface.

What should I see?

Higher-level readiness, recurring gaps, unresolved actions, trends and evidence that the work-assurance process is operating — with drill-down only when needed.

Does ONE say work is legally safe?

No. ONE supports controlled readiness and authorised decisions. It should not portray software or AI as taking over the legal duty or giving a universal guarantee.

Can we reconstruct what happened after an event?

That is a core design objective: preserve the relevant task, people, evidence, timing, decisions and changes so the business does not have to rebuild the story months later.

NETWORK HOST / COORDINATING ORGANISATION

I need assurance across separate businesses.

Network Assurance connects the agreed readiness picture without pretending every connected business or worker belongs to the coordinating organisation.

Do I own the contractor's safety records?

No. ONE's contractor model preserves each business as a separate legal and evidence owner. The host receives the authorised status, evidence or interface information needed for the work.

Can I see whether contractors are ready without getting every document?

Yes. Where appropriate, ONE is designed to share current status and the reason behind it before defaulting to whole-document exchange.

Does Network Assurance only suit construction principal contractors?

No. It is designed for many connected-work models: construction networks, transport, labour hire, facilities, maintenance, independent businesses/operators, suppliers and other arrangements where separate organisations participate in the same work or operating network.

CONTRACTOR / LABOUR HIRE / SUPPLIER

I need to keep ownership of my records.

ONE should connect the relationship without confusing the organisations.

Who keeps my organisation's records?

Your organisation remains the source/owner of the records it controls. A host can receive the authorised information needed for coordination but should not silently edit or accept your employer records on your behalf.

Who is responsible when labour-hire workers are at a host workplace?

ONE should not give a blanket either/or answer. Legal duties depend on the jurisdiction and actual arrangement and can overlap. ONE keeps the labour-hire relationship, host workplace requirements, worker information and authorised actions distinct so the parties can see what applies to the work.

Who pays for a labour-hire or contractor worker in ONE?

Commercial treatment depends on the host relationship, not whether the person already has a ONE identity. The host can use Connected Worker, Safety Access, a nominated Billing Sponsor or the external/PDF pathway according to the access actually needed.

What happens when the assignment ends?

Future access can end while the historical record of the assignment, work and authorised evidence remains retained within the appropriate organisation and task histories.

CONSULTANT / ADVISER

I want to use ONE with clients.

Consultants can support clients without taking over client authority.

Can I work across multiple client accounts?

Yes, within customer-authorised scope. The consultant account is intended to support multiple client relationships while each client controls what the consultant can see and do.

Can ONE help create recurring consulting services?

Yes. Gap checks, implementation, task-library improvement, Network setup, assurance reviews, training and managed support can become repeatable consulting services around the platform.

Is there a consultant revenue model?

The current Consultant page explains the proposed referral, certified, managed and implementation pathways. Any commission or revenue-share terms remain subject to the applicable final consultant agreement and disclosures.
